Top Driven Organization

The program of Pioneer Missions is directed by the members of a Board of Directors who are actively involved in mission efforts and are contributing their leadership, resources, and time to facilitate the mission of the organization. The approach of Pioneer Missions inverts the traditional mission model by empowering the missionaries closest to the work to direct the work. The rest of the organization exists to complement and facilitate the work of these local leaders while holding them accountable.
