Eduardo Soares

Eduardo Soares was born on July 22,1968 in Governador Valadares, a small town in the state of Minas Gerais. When he was 13-years old his parents moved their family to Florida.

At age 20 he made the decision to return to Brazil where he met his wife Rosane.  They have been married 18 years and have 2 beautiful daughters, Lorena and Jessica.

In 2001 they followed God's direction and returned to Brazil.  Eduardo accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior the year he returned to Brazil.

Eduardo’s first contact with Pioneer Missions was in July of 2004 in Belo Horizonte.  This is when the Ministry of God started in his life.  In July, 2006 he became a missionary for Pioneer Missions and to date he has worked together with over 30 churches from Porto Seguro and opened numerous home bible studies throughout the region.  His goal is to start new congregations and spread the word of God throughout Brazil.

God has taken Eduardo to meet many new challenges in Brazil; visiting and preaching the bible to the people.  He has shared his love for Christ in places such as Vitória da Conquista, Senhor do Bonfim, Sergipe, Piauí, Maranhão, Paraíba, and Minas Gerais.  In the past two years he has helped form eight new churches and over 100 new bible studies in the region of Porto Seguro.

Eduardo and his family have dedicated their lives to God.  They know that God’s hands will help them reach their purpose and bring lives to the Kingdom of God.
